If you have a child that will be five years old on or before August 31, 2013, please contact the school ASAP about their Kindergarten Registration for the 2013-14 school year.  Please bring the following with you to register:

• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Records
• Verification of Residency 
•   (with parent/custodian name & address)  Examples:
  ~current, recently dated residential utility bill: gas, electric, water, land-line  phone OR
  ~Signed lease/rental agreement   OR
  ~ Signed closing statement or construction agreement
• Custody papers if applicable
